Twin Peaks and the Rolex GMT

So my wife and I were watching the old show Twin Peaks the last few weeks on Netflix, and since I recently bought a Sub-C I'm subconsciously on the lookout for Rolexes, and I see actor Miguel Ferrer (George Clooney's cousin) playing an FBI agent on the show and he's wearing a GMT Master with a Pepsi bezel. I do some Googling and the only reference I can find to Ferrer and a GMT is on a later movie, Hot Shots Part Deux (which I didn't see) from 1992. So evidently this was the actor's personal watch.

Tom Selleck wore one from his Magnum P.I. days in the 80s to his Jesse Stone days in the 2000s. The watch was the centerpiece of one episode of Magnum.

Great show and even the subject of one of the Psych episodes (Twin Spires). Funny I never caught the watch on the show. I've got a few more episodes to watch for it.

And he wears a TT Datejust on Jubilee in his current show Blue Bloods.

Resuscitating an old thread: in twin peaks 2017 everyone wears rolex. Ive seen about 4 or 5 so far. There was a gold or bicolor piece on the army general/officer, Andy had one, the drug smugler and some more I cant remember..
