Rolex Explorer II

Advise needed - a week ago the hour hand of my Rolex Explorer II stopped working. I wasn't wearing it since a few months and while adjusting it, I felt the hand hour was not kind of loose. The minute hand works fine, but the hour one just stay still. My Explorer is from 2009 and I never had a revision (always worked perfectly!!). I bought it in Japan. What do you suggest me? Shall I bring it to a local Rolex dealer? Do you know any good one in Turin area (Torino, Italy). How much could it cost me? Thank you!!

Take it to the official Rolex Service Centre only. They will give you a service estimate free of charge and it will be done right. It may be time to service anyway if not done in the last 5 years.
