my pops has a x series Rolex Sea dweller trying to find spec's
like movement and dial I tried checking the library on here
and nothing can someone point me in the right direction
to x series

Not really a series but a serial number beginning with X or approximately '91 to '93 year of manufacturing. It should be a Cal 3135 movement per the chart shown below.
