16610 vs 16710
Question for the experts can you let me know if the lug hole location is the same on these two models that have through and through lug holes? Would a 16610 bracelet fit on a 16710?

Highly confident same location; just don't put a through lug hole bracelet on a non through lug hole head.

Yes the bracelets are interchangeable between the two models.
