What an experience! New AD in Ibiza.

Hi all,
This is a bit embarrassing to me but I work nearly every day and last time I've visited the city was few months ago.
Well...what a discovering!!! We have a new and beautiful Rolex AD. I was walking around the city in a fantastic rainy day and BAMMM!! I was in front of this new boutique. Went in asking when they opened this new shop and told me at the end of June!!! Hahaha. I think I need to go out more often....
When I explained who I am and my hobby then the heavens doors were opened for me. I've been talking with the new store manager (very kind and professional) and had a nice talk and also had a very good feeling. She offered me a chair and ask me if I want to try any model. Gently I said no thanks but she said the magic words: Sure you don't want to try the new SS SkyDweller?...I said, now you have ALL my attention!! Hahaha. It's a little AD but with an amazing stock.
After talking about many things she offered all kind of gifts and gave me her business card for any future contact.
Just wanted to share with you and announce Ibiza finally have "THE PROPER AD". If you come to the island must take a look inside.
I'm happy now.
Have all a nice day.

I would like to but more than 40mm looks ridiculous on my wrist IMO. I'm sad because I love the SKD.

What a great discovery! Are they a Rolex only boutique or a Jewelry store?

Yes, only Rolex boutique. The old one had only a small showroom mixed with Omega, Longines, Tag, Breitling....

Thanks all for the nice words BUT the size is really an issue for me. I'm 1'75 meters tall, 76 kg weight and quite thin. My wrist is between 6'5 and 6'8 inch. I've tried to wear more than 40mm but always had to say no at the end. One thing surprised me today when the SKD was lying on my wrist. I told the manager was too big for me and she said, yes you're right too big for you. In this moment I felt she was really honest with me and I appreciate a lot this type of things. I mean she was not trying to sell me a watch, she was trying to sell me the proper watch, I love this.
A funny moment happened when I asked why the watch was not in the showroom and they told me were not able to sell it. Once I had the watch in my hands I realized the crown was not well screwed so I unscrewed and screwed again BUT was impossible, then I looked at her and told me, yes, needs to go back to RSC. Red colour on her face...Hahaha.
When I like a watch normally I like the whole watch, the inner and the outer. In this model I LOVE both parts. That complication is amazing and the design of the dial is great IMO.
Thanks again for your kind words!! I really appreciate.

Yes, totally agree. I think I've posted in the past some bad opinions about the old AD but now...is a different story!!
