Stopped by the AD

I stopped by to pickup a BLNR at the AD for a friend today and he took me back to the back room to show me his new accessory (I want one :) He did tell me he had just returned from a bracelet sizing class in Texas. Apparently Rolex was not too happy to hear about damaged screws and links during sizing. My AD has never had that problem, but I guess there were a lot of other places out there that do.

Basic tools in a fancy box? I'm probably missing something. Looks nice though.

Yes exactly. If only Rolex put that much attention into the boxes that our watches came in!

I, for one, am really glad that Rolex is putting time, training, and the proper tools into people's hands to address this issue.

Although, to be honest, it's kind of puzzling that they didn't before things got to this point.

Even better would be for Rolex to put such tools in our hands with our purchase.

Oh, I don't know, one of those tools looks like nothing more than a Rolex branded Victorinox. At least you'll have a toothpick when you work on your platinum DD.
