Swap
Hi all
Thinking of doing the following swap and would like your thoughts I have a Daytona C white face 2017 worn twice and a 2017 Hulk in mint condition. Would really like a 2017 submariner yellow gold with blue face, do you think someone would do the swap with no cash either way? |

I wouldn’t unless I had to have gold. And it sounds possible to me.

I'd prefer to have the two you already own.

I think you could get cash back in that flip...
You might even sell the ss daytona and the sub lvc and buy a brand new PM sub lb from an AD if you manage a decent discount... I would do it. |

Postpone your decision until after Baselworld 2018. If the price of Hulk continues to climb, then you'll be grinning from ear to ear.I only wished you had another SS backup..

Sounds like a fair trade in terms of market value. Now you just need a trade partner.

This swap was just posed in another thread, by another member.. you have two of the hottest models.. sell each independently and you would fare better imo

It's doable, if that's what you want.
I agree, though, if you're going to do this, you will probably want to sell each privately to maximize your cash on hand. However, take your time and think it through. This swap is not easily reversible. |

I think it will be hard to get an even swap, and not from a dealer. You'll need to add £2/3K.

As nice as the gold sub is, I’d prefer the two you already have.

Keep what you have, it will be more expensive if you have post-trade remorse.

I would not. The DaytonC and Hulk are both desirable watches. Unless you're really into yellow gold.

No. Your two watches are worth more. Sell them first and then get the 116618LB.

I think that you can do the trade on the money side. If you want the gold, go for it.

You should be able to buy a new model gold sub with £22000.
