Icon7 SRP773J1 question re: date wheel in Japanese

So........The Japanese version of the SRP773J1 has come to my attention (thank you, Springer (John)!).

To what does the "V" refer??

Day of the week. Friday, I think. Most Seiko watches come with two day-language options, or one language plus Romans.

No, it has two positions — Kanji and English (in this case).
Depending on which is chosen, the wheel will jump to the next day in the chosen language. In other words, it skips the intermediary position.

The day wheel will be printed like so:
Sunday
“Sunday”
Monday
“Monday”
... etc

No haha

Good call though, i double checked on that one.

If you look at where you should have a “J” for Jueves, which is Spanish for Thursday, all you see is “IIII”
