Saw my first BLRO today

I realize there are those that don’t like this watch but to my eye it is easily the best looking steel watch Rolex makes.

I am number 7 on a list who have put down deposits. Apparently this watch is highly desired. According to my AD, more so than the Daytona, Hulk and Batman.

It's a great looking watch, even with its well documented foibles, and very distinctive.

Deposit? What for? I've never had to put a deposit down for any Rolex I have purchased including the new Pepsi.

The bezel is burple and pink. Ruins it for me.

Burple.
I like that

I personally don't mind it and fully understand why it looks that way.
It's a lovely watch.

Doesn't bother me, although I do think I'd prefer a cleaner blue and red. However, since I already have a BLNR and like that better regardless, the new GMT has little attraction for me.

(I'd love a jubilee bracelet, though.)
