Rolex 16713

I’m looking for an Rootbeer 16713 with an jubilee band but they are hard to find and when you see one the price is high.

This watch is made from 1989 to 2007. So you think there must be a lot of these watches sold. Has anybody an idea why it is so difficuld to find one for an decent price??

I’m in the same situation, it’s like with anything that is no longer in production once it’s been retired the price goes up... supply and demand my friend :cheers there are many out there it’s just are you willing to put out for it? I am but I’m picky so I’m just waiting until I find the right year, condition, and history then I’ll pull the trigger. Good luck in your search.

It appear that even the TT models are being affected by the renewed popularity of the GMT. The model you are referring to, up until recently was pretty easy to find and priced accordingly. the 16713 at a certain point also stopped being offered with a jubilee and only on a oyster bracelet. Add to that, the "Root Beer" GMT was not a very popular model, and you have your current predicament. I had a TT 16753, that I sold years back for around $2k, hindsight is 20/20
