Going to Geneva

Any one been recently? Any inventory or just as sparse as rest of the world?

I’ve heard to go to the museum and stop by boutique either way as they have every watch to try on. Would love to hear they have some inventory though.

Yup, I was there last month.

Yes, same like everywhere else inventory wise. Forget about walking in to buy a Nautilus.

Yes the Patek Salon in Geneva have pieces to try on but most aren't working models. They don't have the popular in-demand pieces for immediate sales as well.

What do you mean by non working models, just demos with no movement?

The crown won’t allow winding or adjustments to the time but otherwise all are complete pieces with full movements.

Not to self promote, but I recently wrote up about my experience at the Geneva Salon:

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=607878

Supply situation is the same as the rest of the world, and they don't take names from non-locals.

Have fun... I spent hours and probably could have spent the entire day there just trying on and admiring pieces.

I think they do. I was offered to waitlist on the 5270P which I politely declined.

Sorry, should have qualified that it was for the SS Nautilus and Aquanaut references. RG Aquanauts I was told were available to me with a relatively short wait.

Worth the trip... The staff couldn't be nicer. Real treat for the PP fan. You're able to see and try on a bunch of different models, Albeit non-working.
