1601 purchase help

Dears I'm quite new on this forum and apologize for my limited expertise.
I'm interested to buy this Dayjust, 1601 from 1980, SN 6507296. They are asking 2500EUR, is it an authentic model according to what you can see? and is it worth it the price? Thx for your help!

Its a linen dial and the case is used but not abused, but where are the lume plots?

you are right, do all 1601 dials had them? it is possible that they went loose and taken away?

Or it is possibly a no-lume dial. Not all 1601s had lume on the dial.

Not all 1601’s have lume plots. But generally if there isn’t any on the plots then there’s none on the hands either. As it appears there is some on the hands here? Someone who is more knowledgable than me might be able to confirm this. Here’s my 1601 from 1973. Cheers

This is a legitimate dial. No Lume black inked hands and indices. 1980 is a bit young for that dial though. This dial is my favorite of all the datejust dial because of the beautiful black indices that offset the beautiful linen dial and the pie pan is the extra frosting on top. Rlxtrader just sold this exact dial. I'm new here so can't post links yet but it's easy to find the watch he sold if you search.

Nice dial. A little high in price considering no bracelet. Would like to see better pictures of case and markings.
