Highly recommend ViperB for Rolex parts!

I was recently looking to purchase a replacement sapphire crystal (Part #B25-295-C12-C1) for my Rolex Submariner Date (Ref #116610).

I decided to contact ViperB, who responded surprisingly quickly (usually within minutes) and was very professional.

ViperB also displayed true integrity and honesty when he later informed me that the crystal I wanted was out of stock (Part #B25-295-C12-C1). He immediately offered me a full refund, but also an option to consider another crystal that he had that was compatible with my Rolex (Part #B25-295-CAR-C1). In no way was he pressuring me to consider the other option. Truth be told, if ViperB had not mentioned the reference numbers to me, I wouldn't have known which crystal my watch required anyway. Therefore that was very transparent and honest of him.

All in all, ViperB is extremely professional, honest, and was quick to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend others to purchase replacement parts from him!
