Nothing but clear sailing with Rb250
I purchased a 2012 Omega PO from Ryan recently (couple weeks ago). Ryan wanted to make sure I was satisfied with every part of the transaction. The watch ran a little slow (losing 6 mins in under 12hrs) when I received it (and twice I saw it stop running then briefly start up again). I assumed since it hadn’t been serviced (and Ryan rarely wore it) that it was in need of a service. Ryan had already given me a great price on his beloved PO but then offered to pay half of the service! We waited patiently as I shipped to Rik in Tampa.
A few hours ago Rik called to let me know the watch had a small screw fall out when he opened it up. It didn’t belong there (and it’s assumed that Omega dropped it in by accident at the factory). No place inside was missing that screw, it was extra. Rik believed that caused the timing issue. He put it back together and tested it in 6 positions and the watch ran + .9 seconds (Rik said that was like being perfect and he told me I didn’t need a service, the watch was in great shape, the movement was clean and the watch was good to go!). I still ended up having him do a service since it was with him and I wanted to start fresh, but it was a pleasure to call Ryan tonight and let him know the good news. In any event, I can’t say enough about how Ryan went the extra mile to be willing to split the service charge (which in the end wasn’t even needed). I would do business with Ryan in the future. He shipped super fast and I had no issues. Andy
