1957 Omega Chronograph ref. 2451-7 "Tropical Dial, Cal. 321"

Up for grabs is an Omega Seamaster Chronograph

Reference 2451-7 in steel, 35mm

1549XXXX serial number circa 1957 production

Excellent vintage condition case without major dings or dents. Clearly defined lugs and edges. No corrosion or pitting.

Dial is original, radium and has aged from silver to a creamy beige “tropical” color. Signs of aging can be seen, but no relume, no refinish. Original sword hands with radium. Omega signed winding crown is newer and was probably replaced during past service.

Caseback is original, shows no significant tool marks or damage on outside. Inside is stamped 2451-7

Cal. 321 movement is in fine running condition. Correct first series 321 movement.

The crystal is original and singed with Omega logo in center.

Watch comes on beige NATO strap.

No box or papers.
