I recently completed a sale to Chad and couldn't have dealt with someone better. Chad was really easy to talk to and we quickly agreed to a deal.

Despite that, the transaction was a complete disaster from my end as FedEx could not locate the package (scheduled delivery was morning after payment) and it took over a week to resolve the matter. Chad was very friendly, understanding and patient as I tried to resolve the matter. I'm pretty impressed with how cool and nice he was throughout all of it.

It took a bit of time, but eventually FedEx was able to locate the package and ship it out.

Sorry again Chad, it would have been great if the watch arrived so you could have had it through the holidays. Let me know if you're ever in Toronto and free for a drink.

Yes - there were a few hiccups along the way but it eventually made it's way to him!
