Double Comex on UK antiques roadshow last night
I'm out of the country on rotation at the moment but my buddy sent me a vid clip of his TV while watching the current series of antiques roadshow as it was local to our area. The clip showed a local retired diver with his pair of Comex Subs.
1 was tritium with no date, 2 line sub (14060 ??) and engraved with Rolex Comex on the back of the case, the other was a typical Comex dial sub. The valuation given was Tritium dialed, engraved on rear case ... £20k Comex dial ... £40-£50k Not sure if anyone can find the episode on the BBC website, I cant get in from where I'm located due to restrictions, but was interesting to see 2 Comex with one retired diver.

I don't follow COMEX prices but those seem a little light compared to a few years ago I think.

I was amazed at the pricing on AR two weeks ago for Pierce Brosnans Omega Seamaster,,
I forget what Bond movie but the valuation was £20K for the Seamaster,,, Danial Craig’s leather jacket from Casino Royale? Was also up for sale with a few other Bond items, |
