This character ripped me off for $300. Sent me an old Bulova which didn't work when it landed. I returned it, and after a full year of emails and him ducking, bobbing and weaving, I finally gave up on the $300 refund. He's listed on eBay as authentic-time.

al!!did you do Paypal? Coz right now they will issue you a refund for non working item or not as described...full amount!!

AL, i know most likely you know a lot of honest filipinos in Canada and around the world. sadly and Oscar it's up to you to burn me on this one. but i won't deal on ebay with a philippine address. it's very sad and it hurts me the most being a filipino but it's dangerous dealing over there. i think even if the seller is from TRF if they are from the philippines i think i will have my reservations.

Thanks for letting us know Al. They have surprisingly good feedback on ebay, but I would trust a fellow TRF member more any day of the week.

The way some bad sellers get around the bad feedback thing is to keep you sweet with contact for over 90 days and then you can no longer leave feedback on your transaction
