Vintage 4467

Hello! I’m new to the forum and looking for info on a vintage datejust. I inherited the watch and I’m thinking of selling, but the more time I spend with it the more enamoured I’ve become. Regardless, I’m still trying to understand it’s value. The watch is a mid-late 1950’s 4467. It was worn regularly for some years, but all original and in good condition. Yellow gold with an 18c bracelet. What I‘m trying to understand is why some 4467’s go for $30k and up, while others go for $10k and less.

Are there certain distinct features I should be looking for? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. My phone camera doesn’t do too well with macro, but I’ll try for some better images.

A lot of the value is in the dial and if it has been refinished or not, does it still have its lume, are there any major defects. This is why people are asking for clear shots of it.
The other part of a watches value is if you have a full set. Box, hang tags, paperwork, service receipts, etc, etc
Without what I have stated above, it will only be worth slightly more than the watches gold value IMO.

And just an FYI, the pictures above are not clear enough in either picture for a proper evaluation.

I appreciate the input and I’ll see about borrowing a proper camera for photos. It’s been in the family since new, but I don’t have paperwork. It has never been refinished and no major defects.
