On Father’s Day... the one you wish you hadn’t sold.

What watch do you wish you had held on to? Mine is a Explorer 1. Bought it last March. Was a case queen, from ‘02 w/ box papers hang tags etc.... for $3k.

I will say, to make myself feel better, for some reason I had some legibility issues in the city with it...

A Pepsi / GMT II from around 1970. Sold it in the 90's. Really wish I held onto that one.

A Rolex GMT for me...sold a standard 116710LN for about $8.5k about a year ago...is now worth probably $10-11 likely

This one still haunts me ...

I didnt really have to sell it, i just talked myself into thinking I didnt need two SeaDwellers

And the 5513, because of what they sell for now

I bet there are A LOT of people kicking themselves over some 5513, 1680, 1016 and 1655 sales. Remember reading this article as I was first getting into the hobby and thinking $8k was so high
