Change Rolex Daytona 16523 Dial

Hi all,

I couldn't find an old thread on this issue, so here it goes:

I am considering purchasing a two-tone 1997 Daytona 16523 with factory diamond dial. However, I would want to swap out that dial or one without diamonds.

Assuming I can find the dial for a 16523 Zenith Daytona in the color I want, is there anything that I should be aware of - for example issues others have encountered?

It's a key issue as I don't want the watch with diamond dial.

Many thanks
