What makes no sense to me is why would be using "rockets" to launch men into space if they have so called back engineered a UFO? If they/we have the tech to fly craft like the Navy Pilots reported seeing ....I was looking at NASA's budget with is around 20 billion which sounds like lots but in grand scheme of things is nothing. I would hope that NASA would get more funding to build a ship that could "fly" to Mars in min instead of months

The story goes like this.

NASA has a very specific mission. DOD and others constantly remind them to mind their own business. UFO's are not their business, even though they see them all the time. DOD simply says "that is ours, keep it classified".

President Eisenhower warned that the Military Contractors were operating beyond control of congress. Billions of Dollars go to Black Programs that congress knows nothing about. Many of these programs are run by a few CIA officials whom control Military Contractors. These are tight knit groups who aren't overseen by anyone. It is these programs/people that develop the most exotic aircraft/spacecraft.

The Air Force, The CIA, NSA, etc etc. All have their own UFO files, and they don't like sharing with each other OR congress.

It was obvious to the U.S. Navy and others, UFO's were all over the place.

Bill Clinton wanted to be the UFO disclosure president, he was stonewalled. Hillary was determined to be the UFO president and had John Podesta start moving things that direction. Then Trump got elected.

All the while the Hillary UFO thing was going on. Harry Reid and several other congress members were irritated that no one would share UFO information with them. Harry Reid got 20 million dollars and started the AATIP program at the Pentagon. Luis Alazondo (now TTSA) ran that program. Many things were found and are now being slowly released by the Pentagon and TTSA.

NASA is steam ship technology looking for microbes in dirt, while intelligently controlled non-human aircraft fly around us all the time. I am a fan of NASA, they do the best they can in the narrow parameters they are allowed.

TTSA is trying to get some of this "alien" tech released to move the world forward. TTSA currently has a metal alloy that was intelligently constructed by a process not currently available on earth.

Seeing is believing....i have been lucky enough to see 2 plus the Phoenix lights.
The one my mother and i saw on my 13th b-day.... it really shook her up....even before she died years ago in the hospital one day out of the blue she started talking about it ....she had dementia but i was amazed at how well she recalled the night we saw "it" which was Oct 1970.

As a Pilot I have seen some cool atmospheric anomalies, I also star gazed at night with Binoculars for 25+ years. I saw lots of neat stuff, but I could identify all of it.

Then a couple years ago a seemingly interactive intelligent light and none of my explanations worked. Many people think once you have seen "one" you are more likely to see another. This seems to be the case with me, a couple more cases of unexplainable lights happened. I wont star gaze anymore, I have no desire to purposefully interact with "something" I am unsure of.

I had a private vfr rating back in the 80's till my older brother sold his 172...
my father flew also and had a surplus Piper Cub .....in all my hours in the air i never saw anything....its was always when i least expect it...my mother was the first to see "it" and started screaming for/at me .....it really scared her being a very religious women.....she had a hard time coming to realize what we saw was real.

Tom Delonge supposedly has someone he works with that can "conjure" UFO's. Steven Greer supposedly has instructional video's etc, (CE-5) on how to do this. Scary Stuff if you ask me.

If the chance of life existing on a planet is one in a quadrillion, that means there are 20 BILLION planets with life of some form. The idea that our little planet has been singled out for exploration from civilizations which would have to travel tens to billions of light years to visit us is unlikely. If a spaceship is capable of traveling across space-time for thousands of years at the speed of light, it's highly unlikely that it will be seen floating around our planet like a firefly.

All of what you say is very reasonable and logical.

Jacques Valee, Tom Delonge and many others say the phenomena is not always logical and often "Trickster" in nature.

In the Nimitz incident the "Tic Tack" out maneuvered the F-18's then went to their rendezvous point. How did it know their rendezvous point?, why would it go there? Apparently to play with them.

There seems to be no good evidence of things coming and leaving the solar system, more like a population of phenomena that (mostly) live and work here between upper atmosphere/moon and lower ocean.

U.S. Navy sub(s) tracked an underwater craft at 70 kts, during the Nimitz Incident.

It seems the historical behavior of the Phenomena gives many hints, some really smart people have spent decades studying these hints. Many of these people agree on certain aspects.

Huge numbers of "UFO's" were credibly reported in the 1800's, they didn't look like lights or saucers. The Phenomena can and does adjust it's appearance.

The Phenomena messes with Consciousness/Perception as well as Physicality aspects. It often appears blurry in pictures, because it is blurry in reality.



All of this seems somewhat abstract and absurd, this is the reason Delonge chooses fiction to convey this apparently factual information.
