I made Udon noodle soup with fried pork. Topped with purple oxheart cabbage, red onion, and scallions.

Had this wood fired oven pizza yesterday while in the park watching the cherry blossoms. Mozzarella, tomato and basil. Delicious!!

Decided on a rib roast for pre-Easter dinner.

Started with a USDA Choice rib roast and rub.


Slow roasting for 3 hours and the result.


Ended up tasting pretty good.
