Laborious, but was totally worth it. Made some homemade "samsa" (Uzbek baked pastry). Chopped up some lamb, mixed it with spices and onions, rolled homemade dough, stuffed, baked.

While in Halifax Nova Scotia, for an AGM, this past weekend - had to have the best...- Fresh lobster from the sea...

An excellent dinner at a Danish Conference at the Double Tree (by Sheraton) in Seattle.. Not an easy feat, for a 'Non' Dane, but they did a great job with the salad and frikadella....and this scrumptious eggplant caniloni..!!
Damn it was good...!!
