I don’t really “drink” too often - a 12 pack of beer usually lasts me 6 months.

But I picked up this Blade and Bow bourbon for a bourbon night with friends recently (it was the smoothest of the offerings to me).

And I also recently picked up this JW gold label after being inspired by“The Gentleman’s Wager” by JW featuring Jude Law.

Gold Label is solid. I usually prefer bourbons but Gold Label is one of the only scotches I like to always keep around, probably because it's so smooth and everyone can enjoy it whether they like single malts or blends.

I’m glad to hear you say that Mendota- thank you. As I mentioned, I don’t really drink too much and I was worried it (any Scotch) would be too hash. But I read numerous reviews stating it was quite smooth. In fact, one reviewer said it was a “feminine Scotch” which suites me just fine.

You may enjoy this short (and incredibly well done) video that inspired me to get it. Yes, I know it is not Blue Label but I wanted JW’s smoothest offering. Plus, the gold label looks fairly posh

Last night at the BNB Paribas tourney inside the Rolex suite. Vodka isn’t something I usually drink, but it seems Grey Goose is what Rolex likes to offer. Good times!

Those videos are awesome and really well done. I watched all of them back to back about a year ago and it's fun to see how they tie in together so that at the very end, they are right back to where they started!
