As much as I mess around on this forum, I think (realistically) these are the ones. I like that they are all honest homages to past iconic (can we use that word again?) models and they are from different manufactures.

My only thought is that I am missing a dress watch, but my suit & tie days are few and far between, and the Omega with it's clean dial, understated shiny bezel and PCLs fits that role just fine.

That's a great 3-piece setup. Any would work with that occasional suit.

Some fantastic pieces in this thread!

I'm a simple man. I'd wanted a SS Submariner Date since I was about 10 years old. Getting it was one of the most exciting moments of my life because it was totally unplanned. Maybe if I'd known I was getting it I would have worn something a little different to the AD than a baseball cap, tshirt, and gym shorts.

My fiancé and I walked in just to poke around and see what they had. Noticed they didn't have any Submariner Dates in the case, they only had the Submariner no date. The sales lady said that they'd just gotten one in that morning so she went in the back to grab it. She came out with it still in the shipping container. My fiancé knew I'd always wanted one. She said that she wanted me to have it and that it was her engagement gift to me. I was stunned. It was a very special moment. Something I'll never forget.

I have more wrist shots than any normal/sane person could ever imagine so I am more than happy to oblige.
