Still trying to bond with my CHNR. Enjoy my BLRO most and BLNR over CHNR. Giving it time as I love GMT watches.

Just joined the club.
I have been waiting nearly 3 years for a Pepsi then my AD called to say that they had an unallocated one if I wanted it.
Was sceptical at first but when he put it aside a Batman and a Pepsi on exhibition I fell in love with it.
It's so much more refined and individual, never going to be mistaken for a Seiko or a cheap knockoff.
Since I already own a 116710ln it was the logical choice, fortunately the market hype surrounding the Pepsi and Batman did not interfere with my decision to forgo the aforementioned models for this one..

I was super-pleased last week to hear that my desired Rolex CHNR had been allocated to my Authorized Dealer and purchased it on Monday.
The extra reserve time on the new movement is really an asset when I change between 2 or 3 watches in a week or so. Never felt a watch so natural on the wrist like this before.... With this new movement, it would be difficult to improve upon. Especially when the preceding 40-hour or so watches really don't last two days. I can set my other watches based on this GMT-2 when I'm a day off in the rotation.

Beautiful GMT, Just checked market prices, and it's double retail now. Getting really popular.

This is the watch that swayed my mind off of the BLNR. I was dead set on BLNR until I saw this in person. That was it. I was convinced and got this instead. Just a gorgeous well-rounded watch.

I’m finally in the club and this is my first Rolex too! It took about four months to get it and kept the faith. Patience was rewarded.

This watch is the perfect blend of luxury and sporty. I haven’t checked grey market prices in awhile and was shocked to see how much this has risen over the last few months. IMHO, this watch isn’t a sleeper anymore.

Crazy thing this one as it is superior to the all gold version which I still can't fathom hiw that's possible. And it's the only TT model that I actually love after so many years of dogging on TT watches. Obviously my opinion of course but out of all my watches this one is the slow burn that just keeps getting better over time.

I'm like three + years late to my honeymoon period with this hottie.

I couldn't post this on my phone last time but this thing is a stunner to look at. I still can't believe this is my first Rolex.

Just joined this club. I am not really a TT guy…but this watch is insane. Usually a little skeptical of “pictures don’t do it justice”…but no pictures do not do it justice. Killer piece.

Picked mine up last week. First Rolex. And after a grueling 5 day wait I was giving up all hope. Kidding, I did only have to wait 5 days though, and I know how lucky and fortunate I am. I love everything about this watch.

I can’t seem to upload a pic unfortunately as I’m still new to the forum.

The thing with it is that under artificial harsh lightning (AD for example) does not look all that impressive. Problems arise when you try it on during daylight. :)

It's the only GMT that interests me. I had the all gold but sold it as I prefer the two tone. In fact two tones and all gold are all that interest me.
