I tell people its a Shark bite because my sla033 has a custom shark leather strap... in reality, I probably just cut it open doing something stupid around the house.

Thank you! I scour Ebay for these LCD classics and buy the ones in working order. I paid $16 for it, found a NOS crystal, replaced the battery, case back gasket and cleaned up the buttons. I have a few others that I throw on when I’m in a rush or on the weekend.

Thank you! It’s a mid 80’s 17 jewel quartz moon phase analog chronograph with date feature. Very sophisticated technology for it’s time. It’s the 7A48 movement that you can research. It does all that a digital watch does but in analog. Watching the 1/10 second sub dial on the right whirl around super fast is pretty cool.

You can find tons of info on Google and some YouTube videos.

I have it on an aftermarket bracelet but have the original. I had the case polished and bezel replated in 5 microns of 14k gold to clean it all up nicely.

..Altho Im not a chronograph fan, don't need all the bells and whistles, but this piece looks inviting.
