Thank you as well. We don't eat out much since we both love to cook (and eat) and have a wine cellar at home. Can't complain about the food, service, markup on wine, nor deal with parking or DUI - all wins in my book!

Hey Mark, it's the 640. Still getting use to it, but it's so easy to use. Maintains temp within a few degrees. What sold me is that you can do direct grill with the smoke flavor (has separate grill plates and it's just like grilling on fire) or low and slow indirect.

Will try the ribs this weekend
