First of all I want to welcome you to our coffeeshop!

Hi Grace! You might want to post this question in one of the main Rolex areas -- more exposure.

Grace, there is a section of the forum called "Watchout" that might have some info for you - you could post your question there, too.

Idiosyncrasies

OK..........I just KNOW we all have these........and I'm sure I have so many I can't count them, but I've been thinking about this and now I'm curious.......what are your idiosyncrasies? I'll start with one....but like I said......I know more will follow.....

Towels...........I absolutely HAVE to hang them with the folded side on the left! This goes for the facecloth that matches the towel!!

Oh, geez - and I feel good when I don't let them lie in a wet pile on the floor for more than a day!

Geez Lisa......I had four boys....you think I didn't do my time with the piles of wet towels on the floor? Let me tell you about the time two of them at about 4 and 5 years old (the two that are 13 months apart) used towels to block the space at the bottom of the bathroom door, poured bath water on the bathroom floor and then had a contest to see who could slide across the bathroom floor the fastest by bracing their feet against the bathroom door and "pushing off" while lying down on their backs. Or.......the time when they put my bathroom scales in the bath tub to see if they weighed the same IN the water as they did out of the water. You want piles of wet towels?? Girl...believe me.......*I* cornered the market on THAT one!

It drives me nuts when our bed looks rumpled. As in - when hubby sits on the edge of it to tie his shoes or something, and then gets up.

I have to get up and immediately smooth it back out. Ack!

Hee hee - I do that, too - but then every now and then it stays unmade all day and THAT doesn't bother me as much as a made bed that's been sat on. Go figure!

I SO totally get that, girls! It's often unmade all day, but when it is.....and I walk into the room and see that the cats have been there, I have to pull the duvet cover to smooth out the indentations!!

Dents from the pool boy are more of a problem on the bed covers at our house.

I checked back over the weekend and saw little but tumbleweeds and heard the howl of a lonesome coyote. I'll get back more often - that's a place that's a nice little safe haven.

Now that was funny. On a scale of ten that was an eleven.

Well, it does smell a little bit like clorox.
