Happy to be back in the LM LE club. I figured out how to make it fit better for me and picked up this beauty.

It looks like he has a new one this year. I see a glossy dial.

Thinking of exiting the club...got my eye on a VC Overseas Chrono, so may have to bid this one and a few of the others adieu to make way for it....

That IS a great piece to trade for, if you decide to go ahead. Especially if you are looking at the VC lightly used, in which case the price drops substancially!

Ah maybe. But would be very recent and unlikely the old LM if he's just started wearing. Last I saw was that horrendous Argentina trip which was filmed a good few months back. I've not seen him wear anything different in quite a few years. Definitely Omega?

Hey guys... Sorry to bring this forum back from the dead.

How does the writings on the back of the case hold up after daily wear?

I haven't been wearing mine for months now and was wondering.

Fair question. I can't say though as I flipped mine. Perhaps one of the others will chime in.

Im thinking of flipping mine for the same reason... I'm scared to wear it because its so beautiful and limited. I just want to be assured from anyone who has worn it daily for years to chime in.

There's a long running thread on WUS that has a lot more activity than this one these days, I'd say ping that one.

Worn mine daily since getting it in late 2010. Writing on the back of the case has not changed or worn away. Still keeps perfect time after 5 years and has not been serviced. It's a tough watch.

Good to hear... I'm on the verge of flipping mine for a GMT, maybe the BLNR. Maybe I should keep it haha.
