Thanks for the tip. I have been pulling them at 200 lately. I think I will go a little higher next time and also try the butcher paper.
Taking tomorrow off so 3 day weekend. Cigars and meats will be smoked👍🏻

Agree with 200. I normally hit it with 225, then drop during butcher paper wrap.

Sounds like a great three day weekend

I've worn some of my running watches with rubber bands while smoking and have found that the smoke smell and cling to them pretty bad. I would not want that to happen with an RM. Good choice putting on stainless steel GMT.

Ribs look great by the way!

Looks tasty Paul.
Found some nice prime NY strips at Costco today. So going to grill steaks, corn on the Cobb and asparagus here in a bit. Pics coming.

Ok nothing fancy today. All day watching the open. Meat Loaf (ground turkey, beef, pork and chorizo) baker and Lima beans...and paper plates 👍🏻. Tastes a lot better than it looks.

White bean chicken chili. No tomatoes, just chicken stock, habanero, Serrano, and Chipotle peppers, lots of herbs and finished with chard, kale and Parmesan cheese. Different but very good.
