I tried the small weighed portions thing, but didn't lose any weight. Never understood how it was supposed to help eating 4 small 4-oz portions versus my normal 16 oz steak? ??? LOL

Lol... I think you are suppose to spread them out over the day. Lol.

I don't diet. Just exercise a lot and try to eat healthy as much as possible. I figure if I have 10 food decisions and make 7 healthy ones I am doing ok.
This thing she is doing is nuts. No sugar, no oils, no dairy. When I say no sugar I mean no sugar in anything. She has to make her own salad dressing to eliminate the sugar and oil.

Tell her life is too short to go on crazy diets. Eat what you like in moderation, get some exercise on a consistent basis and be happy! Put her on a daily regimen of Heavy Metal music, a glass of wine on occasion and all will be fine!
