Why is my 6 year old yelling loud enough that I can hear him while inside the house? Perhaps the fact that he is yelling his sister's name is part of the clue...

Off to investigate!

Is he yelling because you have succeeded in childproofing the home and he can't get back in?

I have not gotten that far yet!

Apparently, Madeline was sitting in his truck, and she happens to have selective hearing at times. He wanted her out, and she chose to ignore.

I have trained her well!

A man's truck is sacred. Best train her that too.

Oh believe me, I know! My son raids Daddy's tool shop, piles the tools in the back, and toodles around. I did catch him hammering a screwdriver into the lawn, and had to intervene.

I only said it because it was Joe-bait. I see it worked!

I see that Joe has left the building this evening. Probably to join Helen for nightcap and a gumdrop.

Well, sometimes it's hard to really tell until the shoe is on the foot. Something along the lines of a watch wrist shot: Can you get an ankle shot?

Oh - and my honest opinion? It's a young woman's shoe; and your wife is a young woman. She is also quite pretty and petite. I think she could pull off the look of a chunky shoe just fine.

That gets me to thinking - a serious question as it seems that you only hear about men having foot fetishes. Do women have them too? Or are they just shoe fetishes?

I've never understood the foot fetish, but I THINK women have them too. Or maybe most women do, but it's manifested into a drive to own shoes?

I dunno.... I haven't really been into shoes since I quit working almost 10 years ago. I'm turning into an old fuddy-duddy, I guess!
