I've been in contact with Hayes (TheRolex88) twice today. I won't reveal details yet, but I"m cautiously optimistic that some resolution is possible. The distances certainly makes this difficult, but I cannot fly to Columbia this week because of schedules in the ER.

Sounds like you put a fire up his a** and you are making progress in the case it is to bad you do not have a way to get a flight ASAP. However, you did good Doctor and the people on the forum.

If I didn't have to go back to work tonight, I would offer to drive up there, and get your merchandise. I'm only 150 mi away.........

Sometimes these people think that everything will subside and leave them with their stinking cash. It's great to know that the anti has been upped and that natural justice may be obtained.

I just read the whole post and wish you all the best for a speedy resolution. As a firefighter and EMT, I have nothing but respect for people who work in the ER. We all see and deal with many horrific things. It helps keep things in perspective though. Again, best of luck.
