Beautiful Mark

Even though it was 18 degrees here this morning, I cooked some flank over charcoal and topped with fresh Chimichurri to top it...yum

Oh my! That looks awesome Paul.

I did not know it got that cold in your region. It was 2 degrees here when I went to the gym this morning but that's not that unusual for us. Is it spring yet...haven't played golf in 6 weeks now

Well done,my friend!
Didn't know that you were an awesome chef!

It snowed here(for about 5 minutes).

Stay warm!
Is the Audi 4WD?
You may need groceries in a quarter inch of snow!

Not exact but close...I prefer more garlic, others do not. You can also adda touch of cumin.

1/2 cup olive oil (sometimes more)
4 cloves garlic, chopped (I prefer a few more)
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt (I like sea salt)
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (sometimes I skip this)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
1 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, stems removed
