Smoked Szechuan rubbed pork loin

Happy Wednesday everyone! I went with a nice USDA Prine rib eye to go with the Artemis.


It came out perfectly cooked to medium rare center with a nice crust for a little texture. Also some asparagus and some bell peppers (which are not in the photo). It was very tender with good flavor.

Did some chicken wings on the Primo XL tonight. Indirect at 400F for 1 hr 45 min with our homemade dry rub and some pecan wood. Best wings I've ever had.

The snow started falling before Primo could get covered the other night. Made the start up a little more interesting tonight. But still managed to cook some tasty lamb chops.
