Last night I had a bone-in ribeye cooked medium-rare, and served with homemade garlic-Parmesan mashed potatoes. My Wife had a fillet. For desert I had a "slice" (1/4 of the pie) of my homemade lemon icebox pie.

Couple of great restaurants in Austin we tried this week.
Salty Sow: excellent food
Beef shoulder

Pork Belly

Red Fish
Unfortunately I forgot to take many pics at this great Sushi joint Uchi
We did a really good tasting menu. On par with Nobu.
Last item was 72 hour braised beef

Then some fun deserts


Had a great time in Austin. Really nice place.
