Grilled Halibut

Carne Asada Tacos with this incredible avocado sauce that is really spicy and does not taste like avocado.

Grilled Salmon with Quinoa/wild rice and a beet and strawberry spinach salad.

Mark, have a recipe for the spicy avacado sauce you'd be willing to share? I have some unsauced left over pork butt I froze from smoking it last week, We are gonna make tacos one of these nites with it... Gonna heat it up with some chopped up jalapeños and crushed pineapple.

Sorry I don't. This sauce comes from a little restaurant by my Dads. I have tried to duplicate it but never come close. Tried other restaurants too but never found one as good. My dads wife goes in there a lot. I will see if she can get me the recipe.

I'm from the Midwest, Ohio, so it's steak, steak and more steak for me. Me and all my guy friends have what we call "man night". The wives and kids are left at home and we get together and grill incredible steaks and drink great wine and beer. The steaks are just pulled off the grill and sliced on the cutting board and passed around for everyone to just grab chunks. This goes on for about 4 hrs
