From MacRostie, to De La Montanya, to Thomas George and to Geyser Peak... just a bunch of stellar wineries, often with free tastings and great people. MacRostie seems to be on another level these days though

The way the weather has been here recently I have been putting the reds in the 'fridge to get them to a more drinkable temp.

It’s definitely worth a shot! What they were able to do at that price point is really impressive. It was a bit fuller and better balanced while maintaining so many of the great things they already having going for them in their cab! Like I said, everything I was hoping it would be!

We will, these were held in Florida for almost 6 months before a break in weather across the U.S. which made the shipment possible. I wasn’t even in the country when they arrived. All of these Austin Hope bottles had me wanting to join the group. However, all I can find in the cellar was a 2017. Still drank well for such a young wine.
