As I sit here scrolling through the photos in this thread, I can’t help but think how nice Omega watches are. Great variety, generally attractive and well made timepieces. I’m lucky to own one and have supplied my family with them. This is one of my daily go to threads.
Have a nice weekend everyone!

Cooking a couple of T-bones while I sip a 16 year old Aberlour scotch in preparation for the Super Bowl.

Thanks! The original bracelet just makes it hefty, in my opinion. The mesh is much lighter and breathable. Gotta work on spreading the ends at the lugs a little to make it more flush, being that the mesh is 20mm and the mugs 21mm. Really love the seatbelt clasp too. Different. I’m having fun testing out new straps on this guy...think I like this one better. I also never tried a NATO until a few weeks ago, I like the style change and comfort! Have you tried one? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I used to have a Tudor Black Bay ETA and that came with the Tudor OEM Nato which I loved. Different system than the standard NATO straps. Uses loops in the fabric to run the spring bars through. Then you use a standard tang buckle. This eliminates "the fold" that I mentioned above. Very clean look. Another thing you might want to try is getting a rubber strap for that Speedy. I bet it would look great with black. Here's my GMT on an Everest. |
