It sounds like you have stored it well. It could be going through a dumb phase. A lot of age worthy wines go through a period where they just shut down for a period of time before opening up again to greater heights. I had the chance to taste a 2013 Opus years ago and I felt the same way. Very impressed with it despite not having been overly impressed with past vintages. Opus IMO has turned a corner and has been cranking out a higher quality wine for many years now.

I wouldn’t give up on it at this time. 2013 is a legendary Napa vintage and is built for the long haul. I have two bottles myself and don’t plan on opening anytime soon. Here’s to hoping that patience pays off!
