high 20s for me and i'm in. maybe start dca'ing if it goes down a few more dollars. i've been eyeing the stock since $18 but it never followed market patterns so i never got in sadly, but with baseball and basketball over there's just football left for a few months. can see it going down a bit more with how things are

i bought at $33 and sold at $51. Bought again at $43

i think setting a DKNG target purchase price is kinda difficult for this stock as it's so depended on COVID case #s (now that employees & institutions sold). I think $35 is nice price to start buying in batches. Don't buy all your shares at once. this stock is too volatile.

“the fact remains that Tesla has never made money on the cars it sells.” Talks about the Zev credits and how Tesla is totally dependent on them for survivability.

And it is clear they have no idea how to do so. Combined with the Section 230 issues and I would never touch this stock.

Keeping an eye on AMZN today - if it breaks below 3100, I'm adding to my position. Would love under 3000, but I don't know if that'll happen.

Looking to add on weakness to positions in U, MELI and TSLA.

I am long ABBV and have been averaging down in one of my two positions. Long term hold for me, Yield is 6.45%

I would be content to get some at the open, this is a longer term story

I don't disagree - but there's always that person in me looking for more of a discount.

Agree, aapl sunk on weak iPhone data, but they didn’t include the new xii sales. Good opportunity to get at a discount, especially with revenue growth despite slumping phone sales!

Amzn back at the beginning of q2 said expect no profit due to covid costs...and look what happened during q2 earnings! Especially given the uncertain winter climate, take whatever sales you can on the big boys.

People that cannot look beyond the iPhone are simply wrong. Their services revenue has been growing faster than the iPhone sales for quite some time. Gross margin on services is 67.2%

https://seekingalpha.com/news/362871...it-new-records

I am buying this morning

Agree. Twitter is mind boggling to me. The amount of press and attention it gets from constant reporting of this person tweeted this or that... every media outlet drives attention and visits to the service.

Jack’s inability to get rid of the negativity, and then (most recently) massively screwed up handling the Hunter Biden story (by their own admission) is just shooting themselves in the foot over and over. I’d think this stock should be well into the 100’s... but it’s untouchable. Someone just upgraded them too... oops.

Added to aapl and will add more as day goes on if we go lower.

Got in right under 3100 on AMZN, as I wanted. Added to MELI and TSLA as well.

If they sink further down from there, it might just be a wait and see vs. a buy the dip sort of thing for me.

Just added to CRM and DOCU as well.

Added to aapl again, looking at v, lulu, crwd, and msft.

If amzn breaks 3k I’m buying more but already pretty heavy there.

Selloff isn't showing signs of slowing down. Busting through 3200 might be in play today.

XOM is back to 1997 pricing today with dividends at 10.72% . I know everybody is betting on the quick Tech buck but wow for a long term hold XOM is looking good. I know they've got losses here but nothing like TSLA

3250 holding relatively steady, with a few quick blips below.

Would love to not see an accelerated selloff during power hour to close the week.

Don't you think it's mainly a technical selloff as some investors are cashing in ahead of next week's elections? Whatever the outcome, we will most likely see a bounce back straight after - at least, that's the way I look at it.

I like the positivity, and I am with you - I've been buying a lot today.

I do think the upward trajectory long-term continues, but there are enough headwinds that if we bust a support level, it could send us south fast. So in my opinion, I'm buying the dip right here around 3200, but do have some reserves that I will hold onto provided we sail past that - e.g. not buying the dip at that point and waiting it out.

Will need to see where we are at 2. So far this has been orderly

Many factors at play, end of the month, news events, earnings . . . ignore the noise

What is your goal/plan? When do you need to spend your money? I am showing my age but I was a broker in 1987, think about how we felt and look where we are today.

I think that has a lot to do with it. So far none of this selloff has taken us to unhealthy lows or anything. I think we are at a solid support level. I’m not throwing all my cash in, but I am definitely not selling off either.

You're right, and I appreciate your perspective. Need to focus on the long term. Just a bit frustrated with this week is all, it has stung quite a bit.

I am worried about how much worse this could potentially get.
