This meal was Verjus in Maplewood on Springfield Ave. I went with my boss (his treat) so I was sure to take advantage.

Did you go to Fiamma? If so, I think they're decent. For what it's worth the Star Ledger voted them one of the top 25 pizza joints in NJ.

But I told you about La Pergola on Essex Street a spit ball's distance from Fiamma. You must add it to your list.
