There seems to be a genuine delay, got a call today to say that it is expected this week or the next and No others have co e in. It’s a very large national store which get he most per year.

I totally understand that at the beginning of a release there will be some wait times as people buy up the inventory, but people are saying waitlist of a year on this thread. I’m frustrated at the year long wait. I’m not sure I believe it, but if it’s true I think that’s ridiculous, they could definitely avoid that if they wanted to.
I mean, no one can see the future, but that seems enormously unlikely. People are reporting buying the watch as a walk-in in Europe, where it's been out for weeks. The issue at the moment seems to be that the bracelet version is more popular and therefore harder to find, but the watch itself is getting into plenty of hands.

Anyone with a 58 have a grey nato or zulu?

If so could you post up a pic - its the one thing I need to see before I commit.

If made in blue it will likely be with silver hands indexes and numbers on the bezel. Blue bezel inserts and dials will be super cool as it will be a great tribute to the early MN Tudor subs. Square indexes will be fantastic as well!

I photographed mine in tan and black, but put it back on the bracelet without trying my gray.

If they make color variations, my guess is that in the next year or two they would go red or blue. They would probably wait longer to do a black/silver version or a GMT 58 as they would not want to overshadow the recent release of the 41mm GMT or original BB58.

Got the call last night, just picked it up.

Better than I thought and cheaper than I expected (Johannesburg).

Have a grey NATO at home, might change a bit later to see how it is but the bracelet is pretty impressive.

Size wise, it really has a vintage feel and the quality is impressive.

Blue 58 and I'm all in! I've been toying w Pelagos and DJ41. A blue 58 would do it.

I'll take a 58 GMT w date, too.

I saw this in the metal today at the Rolex boutique in Leeds. It was really, really nice and I liked it a damn sight more than I expected to.
I was in the process of buying an Explorer 214270 and the BB58 was spoken for.
It’s definitely on the list

I have a fantasy of a bb58 GMT with multiple bezels (coke, Pepsi, batman, all black) AND a dive bezel that are easily swappable. Could be my "one watch" solution!

I tried one on at the AD today on the Tudor NATO. Loved it, but like others I want to get it on bracelet. This piece checks a bunch of boxes for me. Was fantastic in the metal; not too thick; and great on wrist. I’m confident it will look great on a bunch of straps. I was tempted to buy without the bracelet but remaining patient. Stellar release from Tudor.

I've had mine now since mid July. It has dominated wrist time during this period. In the flesh it is so different to the other Black Bays. I would say it has a greater variation in vibe than any currently released model, including the new GMT.

Saw this asked earlier but does anyone know if the SubC bracelet will fit the BB 58? Thanks.

No but a 5-digit Oyster should fit.

Love this watch...the best black bay to date. Would like to see a blue dial and bezel version come out with silver sccents, snowflake hands and roulette date wheel.

Mine turned up 2 weeks ago, finally managed to pick it up today.

Thrilled!

One odd thing, the crown turns towards me to advance time (turn hands clockwise) - this is opposite to every other rolex or tudor i own (in every other case i turn the crown away from me to advance time).

i agree, its way better in the flesh. Although it looks great in the pic.

I had to buy blind, putting myself on the list for a 100% commitment. I love my big black bay-n - so i knew this 58 would tick all the boxes with its vintage proportions.

Its exceeded my expectations, which were already pretty high, when i picked it up this morning.
