I am sorry for your loss. It has occurred to me that much of the world’s unhappiness is the result of people’s mental illness.

When I was a young lawyer, I thought that I have a lot of kooky clients. Then I read that 22% of the public has a diagnosable mental illness. I had a different perspective about my clientele, friends and relatives.

As everyone has said Paul I'm also very sorry for your loss. Regardless of how close you are when it's a direct family member it has a dramatic impact. Writing about it can be very cathartic.
