I'll go for gmt2c in that situation. I agree the 2c looks similar to the sub, but all panerais looks similar too. You already have a 312,so no need for another pam. they all look thesame. gv?I dont like it.It doesn't look like rolex to me. If you won't consider a tt gmt2c, then the ss gmt2c is the way to go..

The Milguass. This is your third watch, so there is no need to buy one that is extremely similar to your Sub.

GMT IIC all the way!! I have had the Milgauss before and I must say it's a lovely watch but for functions the two watches could not be further apart. Tough choice but I am sure you will choose the one that is right for you. Sounds like the GV is pulling your heart strings??

Joey,just spend more and get the daytona once and for all. Since you said that after this purchase, you won't buy watches for a while..

I thought about this for a minute and I'm back. The watch you should buy is unequivocally, without a doubt, an OMEGA SPEEDMASTER!!!!!!!

The Omega is an order of magnitude cheaper than what you are looking at and is the definitive chronograph watch. Plus, I know this from experience because I have one as a third watch, it's a no-fuss watch to own. You pick it up, give it a quick wind, set the time, and you are good to go. No crown-unscrewing, no date to fuss with - it's the perfect third watch. Plus you don't have a chronograph.

Or, since you have already stated you want to spend less than $6000, you can get a Speedmaster and spend less than HALF of your budget and have the most historical and interesting (my opinions, of course) chronograph ever made.
