Yes, it seems like quite a taper but I just measured it and those are the sizes at the lugs and at the buckle.
The size at the lug is probably 27 as it is curved slightly on the bar.

Greg, I'm sure some of us PAM owners will be more than happy to put your straps on if you send out a few samples..... Okay okay I kid, I kid.

Really really love the orange one! Great work and thanks for the PM!

Glad you like it, Eric - much appreciated. I will definitely have giveaways in the future, right now we've spent so much money on materials and learning curve that we're 'business-poor'. Just give us a couple months, we're working on 'frequent strapper' programs.

I am actually glad - as the whole point is to not appeal to the masses. I want these to be a 'love it/hate it' type of thing. At least it evokes emotions!

hey Greg, hope you realise i was kidding about my previous post ;-)
i know all too well about being business-poor.... Kudos for giving new ideas a try though. Imo if you guys keep up the good work, you can be successful in this straping business (on top of your watch thingy....)!

Eric,

It only seemed natural - the two go hand-in-hand. Just scary taking another 'leap of faith', when the first one hasn't really panned out... yet.

I like them Greg, very native American, rugged and substantial and have a style of their own, which is very rare but understandable with the amount of Panerai strap manufacturers, my first impression was that they were made by Karen Shook (you will have to google her because of the rules here) which is probably the best complement one can give.

I do like the pouches and hope that they are made out of the same leather and use the same stiching as the straps, seems that way by the photos, it would give an ease of use when selecting a strap, one would have to have more than one of course.

That's exactly what we're shooting for . Next ones will be more conventional, but still with the hint of 'raw'.

Dave,

The materials for the cases are the same. We may mix and match leathers, but the quality of the leather is the same. The stitching may vary slightly, but no corners will be cut, ever.

Greg, I think you mistook my meaning, my thinking was that if one has a number of your straps, if the pouches were made the same style and same stiching as the strap, it would be easier to identify what strap was in what pouch.

Very best of luck Greg mate.

VERY cool bands Greg, if I had a Pam I'd be signing up for some right now....only thing I don't dig is the name....Gonzo makes me think of a Muppet. (sorry, just being honest)

Any thoughts on expanding onto 20mm sizes for Rolex etc?

Thanks on the kind words, Justin! Looking for a well-priced Pam for that same reason as we speak

The Muppet was based on the real person, who absolutely fascinates me. The name must stay

As far as Rolex straps - don't know if these would be in the same genre... Thinking more like Royal Oak Offshore, Bell Ross BR01 and BR03's, and IWC Pilots.

Not a bad idea, but gotta crawl before we walk

But tool-sets, maybe even winders - definitely.

Not directly - but this is more than occupation, my friend. Horology and everything surrounding it is a sickness...cough... passion. Plus - I won't mention it in any future threads and I promise, all the FS's will be in the FS section. Again - sorry if I crossed any boundaries.

congrats on a new initiative Greg...
would like to see them on a PAM
personally I favour OEM crocs...the thick stuff seems to overpower the watch and I can't be stuffed to wait for any break in....need to be "broken in"...perhaps you can offer this as an option?
