30% off, free shipping, no sales tax. This happened once with a Rolex, and once with a Panerai.

List at the time was £3380. Bargain.
Nice deal

hey

Hi Eddie,

what is the rolex and panerai models for the 30% off?
because i think some models can't be discounted that much.
for example rolex sports models like submariner, gmt 2, dssd

I got 18% off and no tax on a a SS Submariner in 1998 at AD (pretty common not to give any discounts on SS at that point and perhaps 10% on TT, more on gold).

It seems that 30% discounts in the US are not impossible.

How about Europe and Asia?

I've heard Singapore and HK ADs prices are very good. Better than 30%?

I bought my 118208 Day-Date and Panerai 231 18K Radiomir both for 30% of at Ad's. The DD may have been more like 33%, the AD was in liquidation.

A little advice...

Don't go for the big discounts as there is always a catch down the line.

I recently got 20% off a Deep Sea...only to then have a major problem with the watch and the dealer turned out to be a major prick when it came time to return it.

Buy from a local AD and don't concern yourself with these amazing discounts. If it's too good to be true...it is.
