Looks like there's a line forming!
The word 'grail' gets thrown around a lot, but this watch is the most deserving IMHO of all the current-production references.

Haven't really heard anyone say anything bad about it, Rich.
The only downside to the watch seems to be the price, and IMO it makes it that-much-more desirable since you won't be seeing it often.

I spent a lot of time last week at an AD looking at tons of Rolexes, mainly the new SUB-C, which I thought I wanted to buy but ended up unimpressed. However, they also had the WG Blue SUB ... and WOW! Amazing, beautiful, stunning, whatever word you want to use. And I disagree with some about the the blue (dial and bezel): It looks fantastic! When I tried it on, I couldn't believe the weight. It's HEAVY, but in an impressive way, not a burdensome way. And I usually hate center polished links, but on this SUB it didn't bother me at all. Strangely, the other Rolex that impressed me the most when I tried it on: the 36mm Explorer. The simplicity and size for the dial design are perfection. I'm not looking forward to the blown-up 39mm version, although I'm curious. What's next, a 36mm SUB?

There is something about the White gold (it looks like Sugar Powder) and that beautiful Blue...Man!
I would only wear this on VERY SPECIAL OCCASIONS. It would be displayed on a museum case in my TV room. AL

Does the WG Bluesy scratch as easily as the YG on the TT Bluesy?

Man, I think if they made that in SS they would sell ridiculous amounts of them! That blue is gorgeous!

I tried that WG Blue on. WOW
What an awesome weight and feel. I would say it's the grail for me. Nice Blue, but would like it a tad deeper.

Definitely a nice looking watch. Held one at an AD several months ago and saw someone sporting one in the grocery store about 2 days ago. Sweet looking - stunning... you name it. I think it would have looked better on me though. LOL.

I tried this watch on at Tourneau NYC yesterday and it was amazing. Very heavy as it is solid 14k white gold. The price tag was 29k

My AD has had one for months. I look at it everytime I go in, but it isn't on my short list...

IMHO when you're talking Rolex it doesn't much better than a WG blue sub and when your talking subs it just doesn't get any better. When you try it on it's real tough to take off.

Nope, the white gold scratches less then the yellow... it has more nickel and it's a tougher metal
